Regardless of your past medical history, you will not be required to take a medical exam or meet the usual medical underwriting requirements for up to a $15,000 monthly benefit if you enroll during this enrollment period. Certain eligibility restrictions may apply as you must meet the actively at work requirement.
Only a few questions are asked to determine eligibility during this enrollment period, mainly have you missed any days of work or been homebound or admitted to a medical facility, due to injury or sickness within the last 180 days.
